We can’t say enough about Regina and her associates. We thought listing, renovating, repairing and selling a condo in California from Florida would be a nightmare. It was actually a pleasure. From the time Regina returned my call within minutes on her day off and traveling, I knew we had the right realtor. One Zoom meeting later, Regina efficiently laid out a plan for cleaning, repairing, renovating, buying new appliances and staging the condo for listing. We didn’t have to do a thing after that. She hired the contractor within days and he was done with quite a bit of work within a couple of weeks. Regina and staff picked paint, appliances and replacement fixtures for our approval. All we had to do was approve and pay online. When the condo was ready to list, we almost wanted to back out because the place looked transformed into a modern luxury ocean front condo. Within a week of listing we had a contract and closed 3 weeks later. The escrow agent Regina chose fell right in line handling everything from there and the closing was quick, painless and efficient. The BEST of the best. You will not be disappointed if you hire Regina Vannicola and her team to sell your property. They have extensive knowledge of the Santa Monica area and housing market; they are incredibly responsive to emails/calls/texts, even after hours or on weekends; and simply put, they know what they’re doing. From getting our home ready to be put on the market in record time, to navigating a multiple offer situation and handling everything that follows that (contract negotiation, inspections, moving, etc.), Regina and her team were exceptional. I knew I was in good hands throughout the entire process. After accepting an above ask offer and closing less than a month later, proved to us that no one can beat Regina’s expertise, work ethic, and dedication to her profession. It also doesn’t hurt that Regina is a straight-shooter and just a good person overall, which makes the entire buying/selling process that much better. We would hire Regina one thousand times over (though I hope not to move that much)!
